 Please note:

• Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 10am.

• We ask you to email us your estimated arrival time to ensure we can facilitate your check-in.

• You may come before check-in to leave your bag.
• We do not accept credit cards.
• Bathrooms are shared.
• We ask our guests to recycle and be mindful of energy use.
• We welcome travelers with pets, however we ask to be considerate when there are other guests.
• We are a child friendly accommodation for we are also are parents of two small kids.
• We welcome group booking.
• This property is extremely cold during the winter, however we offer an oil heater in bedroom and also a "Yutanpo" (a portable tin-made hot water bottle that will keep your feet warm in bed).
  
• Seasonal rate applies during winter time, November to March (+300yen/person/night for fuel costs).
• Mixed dormitory can be separated in to female/mixed dormitory on request. Feel free to ask us. We try to be flexible as possible!
• If your plans change and you cannot come, please cancel your reservation as early as possible.

＊CANCELLATION POLICY＊

• We will charge you 50% of your stay when canceling 8 days before your reservation date.
• Full accommodation fee will be charged if cancellation is made 7 days (or less) prior to your date of arrival.

• チェックインは3時以降、チェックアウトは10時です。
• 到着前に必ずチェックイン時刻をお知らせ下さい。
• チェックイン時刻より早く到着した場合はお荷物をお預かりいたします。
• クレジットカードでのお支払いは受付いたしません。
• キッチン、トイレ、シャワー、洗面台はゲスト専用です。(ホスト家族とは共有ではありません。)
• リサイクル、節水、節電にご協力お願いいたします。
• ペットを連れてご宿泊は可能ですが、館内ではケージに入れて下さい。
• お子様連れのご家族様大歓迎です。当宿にも小さな子供が二人おります。
• 古民家ですので冬季は大変寒いですがご了承お願いいたします。寝室には灯油ストーブがあり、就寝時には湯たんぽをお使いいただきます。
  
• 冬季（11月～3月）は燃料代としてお一人様1泊300円加算させていただきます。
• ご予約をキャンセルされる場合はなるべくお早めにご対応お願いいたします。

＊キャンセル料＊

• ご宿泊日8日前までのキャンセルはご宿泊代の５０％をいただきます。
• ご宿泊日7日前以降のキャンセルは宿泊代の全額をいただきます。
